3-5 hours in sumemr 2-3 in winter. Nice skiing. Try the jump from the top of the rock if there is enough snow (and ONLY if there is enough snow- trust me it really hurts both you and the skies othervise) Take the round trip to Lars Hierta in the summer (total trip time 5-7 hours) for a nice view into Fardalen. Or go to Sukkertoppen across gruvefjelletand down vattenledningsdalen (watch out for slush avalanches even in the early sumemr). Good hunting area for Ptharmigan.
