The Student Welfare at UNIS owns quite a bit of equipment for camping, climbing and other outdoor activities. Students can borrow this equipment when they want, but always in agreement with the people responsible for this equipment. This stuff is always very wanted, because not everybody (who does... really??) takes his/her tent and pulka with him/her to Svalbard.

• Skies + staves + shoes

• Pulkas

• Scooter suits + boots

• Helmets

• Climbing gear like rope, ice skews, carbines, ice picks

• Tents, stoves and fuel cans.

This is just some of the equipments that student equipment have to offer. When you borrow it you sign fore it in the book and return it as soon as possible so the next one can use it.
